My service is unique because I myself was diagnosed with alopecia over twenty years ago. I recognise the enormous life changing and traumatic experience of losing your hair. Whether alopecia, chemotherapy, scarring, or any other reason for your hair loss, the feelings we go through are all the same. I offer genuine help and support. You are not alone. This is how it works in 10 easy steps! 1.You contact me either by phone or email. 2.We talk either over the phone or arrange a Free consultation. 3.We have a nice friendly chat about what you are looking for. 4If you decide to order- you chose up to about 5 wigs. 5.You pay a £20.00 deposit. Redeemable against a wig purchase. 6.I place your order. 7.When they arrive we set up an appointment. 8.You try them on -if you like one you buy it. 9.If you don't like any I send them back.No problem No pressure. 10.You choose whether you would like to *reorder or not. Private appointments at my home are FREE Home Visits are Free up to 3 Miles. After 3 Miles I charge 50 pence a mile plus £20.00 My service is tailored to suit your needs. No longer do you need to face the often daunting and impersonal challenge of going to a wig shop or department store. This ensures maximum privacy and comfort for trying on your wigs and hairpieces. This also gives me the opportunity to personally get to know my customers, offering the best service possible. * Reorders will require another £20.00 deposit. |
